Standard delivery is at Site Six on the Island. Special arrangements can be made for other locations.
Your return time depends on your rental — half-day rentals are 4 hours and full-day rentals are 8 hours from your departure time. We allow a 15-minute grace period; after that, a late fee applies.
You can pick up your boat as early as 8 AM on your departure date. Please arrive about 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Watch the fuel gauge — most people do not run low on fuel, but it depends on how far you have gone and how fast you've been driving.
Yes, leave yourself enough time to refuel before you drop off. Fuel station locations are shown on the map. We may ask to take a picture of your receipt. If we fill for you, there is a $25.00 charge plus fuel cost at $5.85/gal.
No. The boat will be conveniently waiting for you at the pick up location. Generally this is at Site Six, and you will board down the walkway to the boarding slip, on the water… no hassles.
Yes. You can reserve a boat for multiple days, which allows you to keep the boat at a location of your choice, including our own docks, for each night that you have the boat.
Wherever you would like to go. We will provide you with a map during our orientation at the time of your departure that covers all of the coves our lake has to offer, along with our own personal recommendations.
The desert, sun, and water tend to make everyone extra hungry and thirsty — so lots of water and snacks are a must. The usual lake essentials (towels, sunscreen, hats) are a great idea as well. Some people bring beach chairs, floats, fishing rods and more. Just be sure to save room on the boat for the people!
Yes. As long as you bring identification and are over 18 years old, you can rent a boat. We will guide you through the operation of the vessel, lake laws and regulations, as well as safety tips so you feel comfortable.
No. A special license is not required in order to drive one of our rental boats.
Yes. We do charge a fee for being late, but we also allow a 15-minute grace period.
A security deposit is required for all of our vessels to ensure they are taken care of while they are in your possession. You are responsible for any damages that occur to the vessel while it is in your possession. Your security deposit will be released in full upon return, given the boat is in the same condition it was in prior to your departure.
We only charge for a prop if you or someone you allow to drive the boat damages the prop. We send all of our boats out with new or like-new props. If a prop is damaged, we replace it.
We accept all major credit cards. Card is required for both the rental and the security deposit.
Absolutely! Our lake features several beautiful swimming coves, popular fishing spots, and scenic areas perfect for anchoring and enjoying a picnic. During orientation, we'll share our favorite local spots and hidden gems that our regular customers love. Many visitors especially enjoy our sunset viewing locations!
